However, the software, application, and the data loaded by FSL Software Technologies Ltd. to smoothen the operations at BuyerEase.com and BuyerEase application shall remain sole property of FSL Software Technologies Ltd and the customer authority and access is limited to using the application up to an extent of the features provided and for the time the lease is not expired and/or renewed.

This section handles the security and confidentiality for BuyerEase application deployed on BuyerEase.com and is used / accessed by customers as Software as a Service (SaaS).

The server is physically located in the data center of IX Web Hosting, Hopkinsville, Kentucky, USA. IX Web Hosting maintains the web server, database server, and internet connectivity.

BuyerEase invokes a security architecture that involves four different areas of protection.

The physical site involves IX Web Hosting security and maintenance.

The firewall perimeter defenses include access routers, firewalls, switches and intrusion monitoring tools at network level.

The server and session security includes operating system protection (hardened operating system), application tampering monitoring tools, assurance and verification and server-level intrusion monitoring tools.

The application layer security provides tiered access to data.
